I have to express how wonderful it is to shop and learn about Timberland and its products while shopping at this location which I have been shopping for more than four years. I appreciate the positive vibe and professionalism from the store employees and its manager Mr. Julio Guevara. The experience I have received at this location speaks for itself since I haven't shopped at any other Timberland store in four plus years. I would like to express my gratitude to Timberland for creating a great environment and having employees that are knowledgeable and caring while I purchase my "Life Items". Thank You!
Took my daughters with me to buy a pair of jeans quickly it was cold and the store is in the middle of the outlet so there is no close area to park. The website says they open at 9am it was 9:40am the door was locked I knocked on the door no one came to let me know when they opened had to troop it back to the car angrily with 2 kids.
Guys over there are friendly in assisting to select merchandise..
