His store is the size of my closet, and dont get me started on the enclosures. His captive reptiles look miserable and unhappy & he just cares about his money not the well being of his animals. Its very sad
My wife always wanted a Bearded Dragon. We took the kids to many of the local pet stores just to look at them for fun. Around Mother's Day this year we decided to get one for her. I had heard of a new store that opened and stopped in to Reptiles Unlimited. It was an amazing experience and continues to be so to this day. First the family that owns it is great. Second, I personally witnessed that each of the animals was treated with all the love and care of an actual family pet, not an inventory item. That is an absolute differentiator from almost any pet store I have ever been in. We purchased a juvenile bearded dragon at the sound advice from Andrew, the owner, and it was a perfect fit. Because of the care he received at Reptiles Unlimited, he acclimated quickly to a house with young kids. To ditto other reviews here, the store is super clean and the owners take the time to answer questions and offer advice to make sure you can be the best owner possible. On top of this, the prices for all items and pets are extremely reasonable. Their new location on Deer Park Avenue is a great upgrade and I can see this being the #1 place to go for reptile pet owners to get everything they need. It already is for our family.
Great store. Neat and clean. The owner is honest and not pushy. Great variety of healthy animals.
They do have a lot of animals on display grant that is a very small store. The staff was helpful. They seem to be intrigued to want to help. I don't know how long they'll stay considering its location and size of the store. If you're looking for a reptile this may be the place for you.
Amazing store with more amazing service. Andrew is a gentleman and was helpful in every way possible. Gave recommendations and advice about all pets and products. Great prices as well. Highly recommend to both new and experienced reptile owners!
