Great atmosphere and nice gym.
Opens on time everyday without exception. AM crowd is friendly. Gym manager is very attentive and addresses problems quickly. No frills, but that's all I need to get a good daily workout. Spin class is intense and fun.
I had a bad experience when ordering my afterworkout drink. The guy was adding syrup flavors into my drink. Like i asked to add a banana and he told me its was a banana juice REALLY we are suppose to be in a health fitness center. Come on. And then i told him i didnt want it. I still had to pay for it. GREAT customer service Scott.
Has a large selection of weight equipment and machines for its size. It would be nice to have more than 1 pair of dumbbells at the higher weights though. Generally everything is pretty clean and the temperature's usually comfortable. I don't interact much with the staff but they were friendly when I have.
Bad Atmosphere!! The Gym its good overall with the equipments. But the customer service was terrible.
I went to this gym for over 7 years before I recently cancelled due to moving where there are no Retro's. (Cancellation was easy and painless). Manager Pauline is very genuine, makes sure to personally greet every person as they come in and leave. I met a lot of great people here over the years, the majority of patrons are friendly and the staff is willing to help as well. I'll definitely miss it!
Get what you pay for. Hard time cancelling membership. Escalated situation to CEO of company which did not help. Had to resolve on my own.
