So I always loved this car wash but lately if your going to go you have to make sure u have a half hr yo wait. Either they’re short staffed or the owner is being cheap. But either way it’s quite annoying to have to wait a half hr especially when there is only two other cars.
It out and set it aside they did not dry it properly and because of that it was very spotty. They missed the seams on the doors and the trunk, and didn't vacuum it nearly good enough, I still had to clean out the interior myself when I got home. I had asked the girl behind the counter if they could take a look at it, and she was very nice and helpful in getting the attention of the workers. Unfortunately once my complaint was passed over to the guys who actually cleaned it they took forever in getting to my car, even after I had complained and then they said that it was only because my exterior needed a waxing and detailing. Now I'm no expert but the interior doesn't get waxed and missing spots on the doors and trunks isn't excusable, especially after waiting that long. Absolutely unreal. If the counter girl wasn't so nice to me I would have flipped out, but the best way to getting over a frustrating experience such as this is simple- do not give them any more business. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Also I must say I am one of those people that would usually let unsatisfactory work go, but after this dreadful experience I felt compelled to write this because I'm never going to be able to tell people to avoid this place because I'm never going to go anywhere near it again. I would rather throw my next $30 towards a wash into a fire
Great place to take your car! They take their time to clean your vehicle inside, out. I definitely recommend anyone who loves their cars as much as I love mines or whether you own a high-end car, I guarantee that you will be very happy.
