I have to say the customer service I received from Ashley the manager at the deer park location is always exceptional. She is a pleasure to deal with. Her professionalism and customer service is very much appreciated.
Always professional and ready with a solution should there be a problem or issue with a rental. I can not define how great it is to not hear “oh well nothing cant be done” and tons of shrugging.
Everyone at the location I have rented from several times is always polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
Drive from NY to Atlanta for less than $25 one way with a 2017 dodge caravan. Best deal ever. Staff at both pickup and drop-off were excellent and super friendly. Highly recommended.
Terrible experience at this branch. Lack of customer service and communication. I was supposed to rent a full size sedan but was given a 2500 dodge ram temporarily. This pickup truck fit no where! Didnt even fit in the parking garage I park at in school so I needed to get a ride even though I had a rental. They constantly kept saying they have no cars, so this temp vehicle became into 4days of having a rental parked in my driveway. Absolutely do not recommend this branch or company. Even the 1800 number were rude.
